We just celebrated my Grandma's 72nd birthday. I still remember when she was in her 50's!
All of sudden you're at today. You were just...way back there.
I used to wonder how time can go so slow and so fast. The answer is God.
And Peter tells us:
But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one things, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 2 Peter 3:8
And James:
For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. James 4:14
We can't waste any time being anything but what God desires for us to be. That can be super hard @ times, I know, but if we stay focused on the glorious Hope of Christ, it can be done. Only God knows how much time you have left...makes sense to listen to Him.
